Every sunday we organize a body & mind training at Villa Valbom. Enhance your body, upgrade yourself and live your life fully. From strength and flexibility training to functional training and regeneration, challenge yourself in a full 360 degrees – the way your body was designed to move – to live more powerfully. Well-rounded and focused, our body and mind training will inspire a more intelligent and self-aware practice. All levels are welcome!

By the end of the practice you can enjoy our Sauna or simple chill in Villa Valbom amazing views. Healthy food is available to fully revitalize yourself. The first event will take place the 21th of April.

What can you expect from the session? 


During your 60 minutes experience,you will enjoy a moment of inner quietness, know yourself better, discovery our deepest insight and intuition, enhance mental clarity and develop incredible focus. Each class focuses on breathing, stretching, strengt, stress reduction, and mediation techniques drwan by DeRose Method to develop a healthy lifestyle and increase consciousness. By the end of each session, you will fill invigorate and re-energized, the body and the mind.
